The Vancouver Farmers Market is home to over 250 vendors offering a wide selection of fresh and local produce, quality prepared foods, original artisan products, and entertainment. Vancouver Rodeo
When: July 4, 2018 – July 7, 2018
Where: Clark County Saddle Club
Whether this is your first rodeo or your 20th, the Vancouver Rodeo is sure to entertain. With events such as Steer Wrestling, Bull Riding, Bronc Riding, Barrel Racing, Team Roping, Mutton Bustin’, and so much more you are sure to enjoy the show. Be sure to make time to meet this year’s Queen, Shyanne Chandler, as she works hard all year long to promote her rodeo and the professional sport of rodeo.

The 4th at the Fort
When: Suggested to Arrive by 6:00pm to stake your spot
Where: The Historic Fort Vancouver, Downtown
Fireworks at Fort Vancouver have been a long time tradition for many families in Clark County and this year’s show promises to have a “bigger, brighter BOOM.”
Those attending this year will be able to “celebrate freedom for free” as there will be no charge. It will be “all about the fireworks” according to The Historic Trust. “With the new City-wide ban on retail fireworks, the City of Vancouver is pleased to support the Fireworks Spectacular to help preserve fireworks as part of annual Independence Day traditions,” said Mayor Anne McEnerny-Ogle.
There will be no food available, so bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the evening before the firework show set to start at 10:05 PM.
Vancouver First Fridays 2018

Summer Art and Wine Fair
When: July 14, 2018 from 11am – 7pm
Where: English Estate Winery (17806 SE 1st St.)
English Estate Winery is having their 11th Annual Art and Wine Fair. The Fair will host a weekend of local art, music, food, and wine. This event is family friendly and FREE. More than 40 local vendor artists will be on hand selling woodwork, jewelry, metalwork, glass art, pottery, stitchery, paintings and much more. Kids Dig at the Fort
When: Saturdays – June 30th, July 7th, July 28th – 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Where: Fort Vancouver National Historic Site
Fort Vancouver National Historic Site is host to the Kids Dig! program where kids ages 8 to 12 who are interested in archaeology have the opportunity to get a hands-on experience. Mock sites with trowels and screen dirt will be set up for kids to measure and map their findings to discover the secrets that can be found under their very own feet. Kids will also have the opportunity to meet and learn from real archaeologists.
Space is limited so be sure to register your kids today. The Kids Dig event is free with admission to the Fort.
